365 Days of Homeschooling - A Glimpse Into Our Days

So, here we go again with a new idea. I thought it would be fun if I captured day-to-day moments of homeschooling every day for a year. With that said, please note that I don't blog on the Sabbath, so the 365 days won't necessarily be every day of an entire year in a row, but it will hopefully equal a year's worth of learning when it's all said and done.

Without further ado, here's Day 1 of our 365 days of homeschooling - A Glimpse Into Our Days:

First, let's start with a science experiment that actually worked - We heated and dissolved sea salt with water, poured a teaspoon's worth into a cup and then left it for a couple weeks on the window sill to evaporate... What happened amazed us:

And, of course, we would be remiss if I didn't include our official First Day of School pics. If you know us, you know we are missing a child. He is a high school senior this year, is unschooled, and during the pics was either sleeping or in the shower.
