Often, we find joy when we express ourselves through art. Even if we can't draw, or think we can't draw, put on some music and go to town until you feel joy!
Coloring and art doesn't stop when we are kids. Adult coloring books have become all the rage, and even if you don't care for the idea, there are plenty of artistic ways to express your joy.
Paint, sing, sew, write a poem!
However you feel artsy or craftsy or creative - Express your joy!

Is joy something you can muster up all by yourself? I really don't think so. I really believe that true joy is only found when we are in the presence of God. The Bible says:
You will make known to me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
In Your right hand there are pleasures forever. Psalm 16:11
