I am always looking for ways for our family to shine the light of salvation on those around us, so I was thrilled to get a chance to review the Gospel Tracts and Evangelism Tools Sampler Pack from Let the Little Children Come.

What is the Gospel tracts and Evangelism Tools Sampler Pack?

In case the name of the company sounds familiar - You're right! I reviewed their Candy Box Tracts and talked about how great it would be to hand out at Halloween.

This time, I received a packet of several styles of tracts. Three of them were motion/interactive moving tracts that contain pictures that appear to come alive when you place the black transparent screen over it. See the video for more information. Two of these style of tracts appear in the video. The other one is a Christmas story tract.

Each tract came with instructions and scriptural references as to how to use them:

A couple other interactive, hands-on tracts included the flip books and pop-up mini books:

Another set of fun ones that help the child visualize the gospel of salvation were the color-coded gospel tracts that include a silicone bracelet, a bead bracelet you can make, and a book with pages of solid color. They each come with instructions to explain what the different colors mean.

When you order the tracts, they come in sets of about 10-20 each.

How Did We Use It?

I went through the packet and was surprised at the variety. Some of the styles I have seen before with my children receiving them from various places, but some I had never seen before, such as the pop-up mini books or the flip tracts. I had already planned on assembling the pumpkin tracts we had received previously from the same company to hand out on Halloween, but we usually get more than 20 Trick-or-Treaters (which is how many pumpkin tracts I had received ), so I was happy that I would be able to add to our treat bags using these tracts as well.

But, there is a wide array of ways to use these. The Christmas motion book tract would be really fun to hand out at a church Christmas outreach event. You could use additional tracts to hand out with other evangelistic outreach events at your church or to tuck into a donation to a food pantry for workers to hand out to those receiving food. Carry one with you and hand out as the Holy Spirit leads.

What Did We Think?

I had so much fun going through each tract and reading or figuring out how each one worked. My daughter instantly recognized the color-coded gospel, but I had to refresh myself as to what each color meant, so I was grateful for the instructions that came with each tract. One of our favorites were the motion tracts. Somehow, the idea that a bunch of black lines come alive by simply placing a black transparent screen over it is amazing to us.
