Nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. After all, nutrition is what fuels our bodies. But, what fitness and nutrition tips are the best?
Some people swear by coconut oil
Some people swear by protein shakes
Some people insist that water, water, water is the way to go
Some people think only fruits and vegetables get the job done
Some people think eating several small meals kick starts the metabolism
I have dabbled in a bit of all of the above, and for me I find that I need just enough protein to help me build muscles and to keep from becoming shaky.
I also think there's something to the several meals every 2 to 3 hours to boost the metabolism. But, to jumpstart my year, I began juicing fruits and veggies and then adding a probiotic protein vitamin mixture to the juice.
That, and adding situps and arm weights to my routine, along with eating less quantity of food is starting to pay off.
I have not yet taken official measurements, but I'm feeling more tone and am seeing progress.
