I've noticed that my one child is almost always in motion. She cannot walk into a room or walk across a parking lot. Instead, she hops, skips, runs, or twirls.
I couldn't help but wonder what would happen to my overall fitness if I followed her around all day and did everything she did.
So, as part of Fitness Friday, I decided to follow her around for one day. OK, I'll admit it, I didn't do everything she did. But, if I had, I probably would have lost a few pounds and been utterly exhausted - Or, perhaps, exhilarated like she is at the end of the day!
She swang...
She twirled and spun (I caught her mid-twirl. The other picture option was quite blurry)
She played on this playground thingy.
She danced
And, she crashed onto the couch. Only, she even crashes with more gusto than I do:
