The new chore chart

Today we started back to school after break. It was not only our first day back to school, but it was the first day of our new chore chart.

I devised a new system. Every chore done means a quarter goes into a jar. Everything done kindly or willingly earns a willingness chip, which for now, is an assigned lifesaver color.

Whenever we have enough quarters to but a pizza, the child with the most willingness chips gets to choose where we get the pizza from.

So far one child has done laundry and dishwasher duty on top of other willing chores.

I'm sure I will have to revamp the system as we go, but for now, it's begun.
