I recently did an article for Examiner about Hacker Scouts. The organization amazed me, and in the process of it, I came across this video of a kid with the ingenuity that Hacker Scouts hopes to create.
This kid was 15-years-old when he invented a pancreatic cancer test that is 100% accurate and costs 3 cents per sheet. It's a paper test.
