My kiddo is learning about linking verbs, and we are having a lot of fun.  We are having so much fun with it, that I thought I'd share our fun with you in the form of a free Linking Verb Worksheet Download.

We wrote a bunch of nouns out, using the color blue.

We wrote a bunch of adjectives, using the color green

And, our linking verbs of:

AM

IS

ARE

WAS

WERE

are in orange.

We, then cut out the words and formed our own sentences.
