Outer Banks Homeschool Vacation
This picture was taken during one of my favorite beach house visits with my extended family. For years, our entire extended family, grew to be about 28 of us, would come together for a week in the summer. This one is in the Outer Banks, North Carolina.
The trip was one of my favorites as a homeschool mom since they offer a junior ranger patch badge program which includes a visit to the lighthouses. We also visited the Wright Brothers site and Roanoke Island and so much more homeschool learning.
As you can see, my kids are all three still littles. I'm not sure how they've gotten to be all grown up, or mostly grown when it seems like this was just the other day. But, it still remains one of my favorite trips.
