Tips Interview Other Language
Interviews are a big source of stress in any language. Anytime, we feel as if we are being scrutinized, interrogated, or judged, it’s bound to stir up an anxious feeling. The secret to overcoming these nervous experiences is to practice and be prepared. A few ways to overcome the fear of facing an interview in an other language is to learn specific interview vocabulary and remember that it’s perfectly fine to take it slow. Many people falsely assume that if they talk really fast it will make them appear to be fluent in the foreign language they are attempting to speak. While this might fool friends at a party, during an interview it’s better to speak slowly and calmly to make sure everything is clear and easy to understand.
