*~* While the awards are an accumulation of votes from the entire crew, I'd like to share with you some of my favorites form this year: I absolutely loved, and am still loving and using, the GrapeVine Bible study. I was looking for a good Bible study to do with my 4th grader. Since Bible is at the root of my homeschool, I was ashamed that we were lacking in this category. Another big-time enjoyable books that we reviewed and are still enjoying, because let me tell you - Thse cookies in here are THE BEST! We plan on baking more Christmas Eve. The book is Eat Your U.S. History Homework. Read my review on this one here.

Another favorite that has saved me quite a bit of worry about my high schooler is Standard Deviants Accelerate. This is right up my computer-coding-gaming loving son. The presentations are short and amusing while educational. It's tough getting this boy to do traditional school work, so I fully appreciate that the folks at Standard Deviants seemed to have my son in mind when creating this amazing online curriculum supplement.
